Meanwhile Syria, quaking in their boots, wondered what to do.

Kerry, offhandedly says, "Destroy the weapons".

In seconds, Putin says "Yes, comrades in Syria, it shall be so!"

Obama administered not one, not two, but three bitch slaps.
