Calling the race-related conflicts "a war" is rather extreme, in my opinion.
Yes, you are correct about the double standards, and using the word "******" (the N-word is censored) is an example.
However, to put things into perspective, when you grow up in a disadvantaged minority group that appears to get little respect, then feelings get hurt easily.

If whites were the 10% minority and blacks ruled, and most whites were poorer than most blacks, don't you think whites would feel screwed?
On top of that, how about the historical crap that a minority has to accept?

Actually, it's pretty fucking great to be me. I'm white, male, and still pretty young. I've got a great life, a great family, a great job.

And, most importantly - I don't live in fear of black people, or spend my time being feeling butthurt about not being allowed to say the N-word, or believing that message board moderators are out to get me

But again, whatever you need to believe to get through the day.
