If what they did was perfectly legal, and justified, why didn't they audit Crossroads GPS or the Koch brothers? Could it be because they have lots of money to afford an attorney? Doesn't that prove that they knew it was wrong?

The Koch brothers aren't new and you can't say that they haven't been investigated.
