Rape culture?

It is a dangerous trend that politically motivated 'troikas' are replacing the due process of law. I am surprised none of the falsely accused studenfs sued the university for the violation of their constitutional rights.

Rape has evolved to mean anything that a woman wants it to mean. We've gone from sexual assault to stuff like regret the next morning to he looked at me funny to "I felt raped by looking at a picture."

It minimizes actual rape and marginalizes actual rape victims. People who dodn't do anything close to unwanted sexual activity get their lives destroyed when the woman is doing the walk of shame and the next morning and decides sportfucking that guy she met at a bar was pretty stupid, but she can't possibly accountable for her actions. How many people are in prison right now for a rape conviction that did nothing wrong except go to bed with someone who second thoughts after the fact?

In general the culture has devolved to a horrifying degree and if that results in less respect for women, many of them ought to look in the mirror as to why that is. Regardless, rape and sexual assault are far more common than some would like to admit. It happened to someone very close to me six years ago, and her life has gone steadily downhill since because she is more afraid to get the counseling she needs than she is to throw the rest of her life down the fucking toilet.

I'm not on board with the feminist scum, but from my personal experience I am telling you the damage done by a sexual assault can completely devastate a woman to the point that you no longer recognize them. This young woman of whom I speak was a beautiful fit intelligent person, who now looks like she lives in a trailer park eating boxes of Twinkies day and night. Fucking tragic.

There is validity to this...
Many years ago what I did - today might have gotten me in grave trouble.
New years eve..oh..probably 1984 maybe 1985. I met a girl at this party. For hours there was heavy flirting...lots of naughty talk etc. At midnite we kissed and that kiss grew into others and we ended up in my car.
The whole time she was as much into it as me...including during intercourse.
Let's see how do I say this...ok...I wasn't prepared..which in the 1980's was not uncommon for people to have unprotected sex...and use the..."withdraw method"...which is a little...messy.
So anyhow, just as this is about to happen she starts saying No!..quit!..
I didn't quit. We're talking seconds here.
She was pissed off at..you know.. the mess.
However she knew that was going to happen at the beginning, and during this era..that is what people did. Guys had towels hidden under seats for this very purpose.
Today...I could have went to jail for not stopping. Maybe.
Back then - it would have never made it past the police officer if she called..in fact they would have berated her for wasting their time.

Lot's of us have been there, and honestly, once she has allowed penetration she's fucked.

Better chance to stop a full steam locomotive than a man on the precipice of blowing his wad. Fuggetaboutit.

and that is the exact price the REAL victims pay for the fake ones.

That is why the fake accusers should be really criminally prosecuted - as it ruins the lives of those falsely accused and then it also ruins the lives of the real victims - as nobody believes THEM

Right. I'm not suggesting rape and sexual assault aren't real. Far from it. I just think it has been inflated in some people's mind to mean anything a woman wants it to mean and we're just supposed to go along with it. "I felt raped" is a common phrase meaning "I was offended by something." Sorry, but seeing a porno picture is not the same thing as being held down at knifepoint and violated. Next morning regrets about one's actions the night before is no not the same thing as being physically forced to engage in sex.

It doesn't help when the feminist talking heads ramble on about how all sex is rape and all marriages are just legalized rape and technical rape versus rape rape (Whoopie mentioned that one about the girl who was sodomized by Roman Polanski) or how a woman who forces herself on a girl isn't really rape. Follow that up with the legal system and how it treats supposed rapists and prosecutors who knowingly destroy lives to get conviction rates (the Duke lacrosse players). A woman who falsely cries rape has nothing done to her because of political pressures, regardless of how many lives are destroyed int he process.

We've gone from we all know what rape is it this murky middleground of maybe-maybe not concerning rape.

And they would be totally justified.

the sluts like this one today cause the girls described by Pennywise to suffer. And the guys as well.
It is the exact illustration of the proverb the road to hell is paved by good intentions.

Exactly. A woman who regrets a romp is a far cry from a girl having her drink laced and waking up with some stranger sticking his cock inside her.

That Lacrosse **** should be in prison right now.

So I looked it up...sure enough...in 8 states I could have been convicted of rape.
The worst state is apparently ILLINOIS...be careful guys....a man can be convicted of rape at any time during intercourse if the women changes her mind and he does not stop immediately. At any time...insanity. Other states have a 10 second rule (must withdraw within 10 seconds) - others "within a reasonable time".
Damn.

Wow, I had no idea. On the bright side, Nifong in his zeal to be the big man in town, ended up taking it in the shorts. Scumbag.

In all seriousness guys - this is f*cking crazy.
At 20 years old, in 8 states, I could have been sentenced to prison. WTF?
This is nuts...who is behind this madness? How many men/kids are in prison because of this? In my opinion this is nothing less than a political prisoner in some 3rd world country.
Rape should be intercourse that occurred as a result of physical force. Period.
Anything else is something else.

India outrage over brutal rape and murder of six-year-old
11 Dec.`17 - Police in India are questioning several people in connection with the brutal rape and murder of a six-year-old in the northern state of Haryana.
Her body was found on Sunday close to her home from where she was allegedly abducted on the night of 8 December. The extent of the injuries to the child have horrified Indians, with many drawing parallels with the 2012 Delhi bus rape that caused massive outrage. The child's mother told BBC Hindi's Manoj Dhaka that they wanted justice. "It's been 24 hours and the police are yet to catch anyone," she said. Police have detained three of her husband's relatives for questioning but no arrests have been made so far. However no details have been released.

The extent of the injuries to the child have horrified Indians

The government has formed a special investigative team as public pressure mounts on authorities to catch those responsible for the crime. Locals, including activists and political leaders from the district, have gathered in the village to protest. The girl's family is demanding an inquiry by the federal police, saying they have no faith in the local police. The girl's father, a rag picker, said he was away on work the night his daughter was abducted. When his wife woke up the next morning, he said, she realised one of their daughters was missing. The couple have three other children - two sons and one daughter.

The family lives on a plot of land along with four other families in a Haryana town. Police suspect those who raped and killed the girl could have come from a nearby slum. The girl's family had initially refused to cremate her until the killers were caught. The funeral only went ahead after the police assured them that they would make an arrest soon. They have set a deadline for the police - 11am on Wednesday morning - to make an arrest. If that doesn't happen, they have threatened to escalate the protest.

The six-year-old was brutally raped and murdered

In another incident, one man has been arrested over the alleged gangrape of a teenage cancer patient from the northern state of Uttar Pradesh. The girl has alleged that she was abducted and raped by two men, and when she approached a neighbour for help he raped her as well. Scrutiny of sexual violence has grown in India since the 2012 gang rape and murder of a 23-year-old student on a bus in the capital Delhi. The crime sparked days of protests and forced the government to introduce tougher anti-rape laws, including the death penalty. However, brutal sexual attacks against women and children continue to be reported across the country.

Brutal rape and murder of child stuns India
