Reactions to Kyle verdict define different views of the meaning of “justice.”

Damn, you poor Nazis. When you go to murder a kid, they have the right to fight back against you.

That could take all the fun out of the Burning, Looting, Murder terrorism you engage in.

There you are with your fellow democrats peacefully burning car lots full of new Teslas, after peacefully looting the local Target for a new big screen, and you see a lone 17 year old, you figure you'll peacefully kill him and maybe a few other peaceful things fine people like Joseph Rosenbaum likes to do to children, and damned if he isn't armed.

What kind of world is it if a democrat, child molester, rapist, and wife beater can't even murder a kid without worrying that they could be killed?

Here is exactly what subsection 3(c) says.

{...
(c) This section applies only to a person under 18 years of age who possesses or is armed with a rifle or a shotgun if the person is in violation of s. 941.28 or is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593. This section applies only to an adult who transfers a firearm to a person under 18 years of age if the person under 18 years of age is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593 or to an adult who is in violation of s. 941.28.
...}

It clearly says the subsection 3(c) only applies if the firearm had a short barrel or the person is not hunting with a valid hunting permit.
That is all it covers.
It does nothing to negate the 948.60 statute when subsection 3(c) does not apply.

Since Kyle was not hunting or had a valid hunter permit, this subsection has no bearing at all.

I am not sure how you draw your conclusion...notice the OR?

and did you check to see what non-complaince with 941.28 is? 941.28 https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/941/iii/28

So long is he has a long-rifle there is no violation.

There is an old saw: are you rooting for one particular verdict or are you rooting for justice. I was rooting for justice and therefore was hoping for the acquittal.

Since the evidence was quite clear that Kyle was engaged in self defense, the people who were rooting for a conviction necessarily didn’t give a damn about “justice.”

Our society is very lucky that so many juries take their duties seriously and don’t cave in to mob pressure.
The sad thing is, if the left let the police do their jobs and maintain the order, kids like Rittenhouse wouldn't have to go to areas to do the job the police should have been doing if the left had let them.

Wow. You're actually right about something.
Surpising.
