The “wage gap” has been proven to be a total myth. When women and men work the same hours at the same jobs, there is no wage gap.
There is only an overall wage gap because women work less hours and often take time off for their kids and family.
It’s absurd to say that companies have access to an entire workforce willing to do the same amount of work for less money but chose not to do it because of discrimination. Corporations are willing to use slave labor if it saves them a buck. Yet we’re supposed to believe that companies are hiring men for more money when they could hire women for less to do the same job.
