Another environmental scare debunked:

Acid rain killing all forests was the main environmental scare in the 1980s.

A new half-century study shows acid rain doesn’t kill trees—
actually, trees grow more with acid rain!

Envirowhackos are 0-168 now. But don’t worry. The mythical manmade hole in the ozone has us all dead by now.

I believe forests it the higher elevations down wind from the (now) rustbelt did suffer from it.

Of course the crooks in DC took care of that problem with NAFTA.

That said it just killed off the weak trees allowing for new growth and that combined with the demise of heavy industry up wind solved the problem.

Remember Acid Rain?

WOW, that's a really vintage scare like I had actually forgot all about that acid rain scare!
