When we became a more socialist type of nation around 1970 or so from the legislation passed from FDR and Johnson the future which is now was set. These are built in programs, and they cost. They cost a lot and grow. Since Progs are saying it's Republicans fault and they have questions of their governance, Progs promote themselves as the innocent injured party. Near all Federal Prog politicians live life at a high level of opulence. A high percentage of state and local the same. Most though are self important. And many when caught in some minor issue with the police state yell "you do not know who I am"!
