You've not let your all-consuming hate, loathing, and ignorance for President Donald Trump cloud your view of what is being done. By imposing tariffs on Chinese goods entering the US, he is forcing China to remove and/or reduce the tariffs on hundreds of our products entering China.

Do you even know about those changes? There are still one or two more details to work out but China has just lifted the ban they had on importing RICE from the United States.
