The courts already did that, about a hundred times.
Really, do you even know what suit we're talking about?

Yes, they did. If the palm beach county citizen's votes were counted for whom they voted for, instead of the butterfly ballot vote that ended up being counted for Pat Buchanan, then All Gore beat GW Bush by a few thousand votes, in the state of Florida. Palm Beach citizens sued, to get a revote or some remedy but in the end, was denied by the courts.Of course they did.
.
Because of the fact that they invent allegations of fraud, Republicans always lose these trials in which they claim fraud without evidence. They waste courts' time and money only because not filling these doomed lawsuits would anger Donald Trump.
The fact they never convince a judge comes to no surprise to anyone.
Kari lake just signed herself up for embarrassment by filling yet another one of these frivolous lawsuits.

So, the Democrats and the citizens of Palm Beach, had to and did, abide by the unfair ruling ...in their opinion, of the court.
So, YES
IF, the citizens of Florida, who legally voted in the 2000 presidential election, had their votes counted, for whom they chose to cast them for, then Al Gore won the peoples vote, in Florida in 2000.... (Studies have been done every which way but loose that shows such for palm beach county)
yet, he still lost the State, and consequently the Presidency....
And Gore and the rest of us, accepted it...most reluctantly, but accepted it none the less, because Al Gore accepted the loss, gracefully, which helped lead the rest of us, to do the same.
You have no such leader, you have a Divider...along with no actual tangible evidence that the election was stolen from Trump by the democratic voter, or politician, or election official.
You just admitted that you were lying about that “only Obama and Clinton judges thing”. you couldn’t find a favorite court outcome for your cult leader Donald Trump.Your thread, and the claim it is based on, is not actually, technically true:

Lawsuits are addressed by opposing lawyers. And the conservative lawyers never convince the judge because they're making it up. By the way. He is your Christmas present; How about you address the suit point by point and prove they are baseless. Come on commie, put up or STFU.

Arizona Judge Rejects Kari Lake’s Effort to Overturn Her Election Loss (Published 2022)
Kari Lake, a Republican who was defeated by Katie Hobbs in the Arizona governor’s race, had made false election claims the centerpiece of her campaign.www.nytimes.com
Don’t you guys wonder why every one of the lawsuits fails? The pathetic excuse about judges all being biased for Dems wears thin after using it every single time.Blah, blah, blah

The citizens of Florida chose Gore by a few thousand....
But the irregularity... butterfly ballot in palm beach county, gave 2800 votes or more slotted for Al Gore, to Pat Buhcanan.
And No do over election was allowed....
All that and Al Gore still gracefully conceded...
What about Gore only wanted to recount votes from certain areas? You think that's fair? The citizens of Florida chose Gore by a few thousand....

Nope. If he had won his home state he wouldn't have needed Florida. He lost Florida fair and square.Yes, Al Gore was robbed of the presidency.

It’s because these lawsuits are garbage. They exist for one or two reasons. One, the candidate is a deranged Trump-like loser who can’t accept reality. Or two, the lawsuits only exist to give their pathetic supporters a reason to believe they’re doing “something”, even though it’s never going to actual do anything useful.
Exactly.Kari lake just signed herself up for embarrassment by filling yet another one of these frivolous lawsuits.
So you don't expect the people making the claims of having evidence of voter fraudto actually prove it, you expect everyone else to prove that there wasn't fraud. How about you address the suit point by point and prove they are baseless. Come on commie, put up or STFU.

You guys say that a lot and it never works out for you. What you pathetic commies seem to be forgetting is the judicial process isn't complete until appeals are exhausted. One district judges opinion is not the final word, unless the plaintiff allows it to be.
.
Correct. OkTexas recently argued that a party can make any allegation without evidence while the opposing party is supposed to prove that the non-existent evidence doesn't exist. He's a MAGA-Moron.So you don't expect the people making the claims of having evidence of voter fraudto actually prove it, you expect everyone else to prove that there wasn't fraud.

These lawsuits aren’t serious. They’re bullshit. It doesn’t matter who you appeal to, judges don’t accept bullshit.
