So I'm curious, for your argument that women make less, then one of the following has to be true:

1) We (business leaders) just won't pay an equally qualified woman the same, we pay them less even if we lose them to someone who will pay them the same. We are more obsessed with keeping women down than we are with making money.

2) Employees are interchangable widgets, no one is better than the other. You are like screwdrivers. So we pay women less because we can and it doesn't matter.

So which is it dean, do we hate women more than we like making money or are all workers interchangable and exactly the same? How is it we get away with this? Explain please.
