I'll start putting up all my posts again about how much the VA budget has gone up since 9/11 and in particular the last few years under the Republican congress.

How come with Dems it is all always a money issue? The vast majority of the time with Government it is simply incompetence or negligence. That is why Democrat solutions almost always fail. The only solution they ever see in Government....and Government is generally incompetent.
