This could all be solved so easily if Democrats would just agree to cut spending, something the leader of the IMF has asked Biden to do. We don't want to talk about cutting spending later because Democrats have been quite clear that they do not want to cut spending at all and have, in fact, proposed a 2024 budget with no cuts.

As Ted Cruz points out, his administration is run by a bunch of little Marxists that want a default.
