America already knows Ashley Judd. America knows her mother, sister and their entire family. This is a Christian family, right out of the heart of Dixie. This is an even bigger miscalculation than gazillionaire Mitt Romney. Now, if she were black, then I suspect Republicans think it would probably be OK since Republicans are trying to appeal to their "base". But this is a "Judd". Ashley knows what it means to be poor. She knows what it really means to "make it" through hard work. She knows what it means to be a Christian.

Bush bashed the country.

There is an enormous difference between "Right Wing Christian" and "Christian". Bush is a "Right Wing Christian". It's why he could stand by and do nothing while Christian churches were being destroyed in Iraq and Christians were being chased out of the country and murdered. When Bush was in office, how many Iraqi Christians were allowed to come to this country? If their population dropped by close to a million, where did they go? Do you know? Or even care?

And look at right wing Christians in this country. Stop abortion AND cut school lunches, health care for children, daycare?

Feed the poor and they will breed?

Let him die?

See what I mean? These aren't "traditional" positions held by normal Christians. These positions come from extreme right wing radicalism.

An alumna of the sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma at the University of Kentucky, she majored in French and minored in anthropology, art history, theater and women's studies.
