RFK doesn't qualify for Secret Service Protection. The election is 448 days away. Candidates and their spouses only get protection for 120 days before the election. If this loon is still running next year at this time, he'll qualify for protection then.

In regard to presidential campaign, the Secret Service is authorized by law (18 United States Code § 3056) to protect: Major presidential and vice presidential candidates and their spouses within 120 days of a general presidential election.
