The appellate court noted that “misconduct alone” isn’t grounds for suspension. It also requires evidence that the misconduct is “an immediate threat to the public interest.”
“We find that there is evidence of continuing misconduct, the underlying offense is incredibly serious, and the uncontroverted misconduct in itself will likely result in substantial permanent sanctions at the conclusion of these disciplinary proceedings,” the court explained in its order.

Barack retired his so he wouldn't have to face charges that he lied on his bar application. You leftists claim they gave up their licenses willingly because you claim they don't plan to use them.

Why in the Hell would someone give up something they supposedly worked so hard for just because they're not using it? That would be like a geek collector giving up his prized Limited Edition Sideshow Action-Figure that cost him $3000 just because it's collecting dust. If they could keep their licenses without going through some BS they would have. But since they didn't want a suspended license on their record...they volunteered to give them up. I imagine there still some people who can't be bought or threatened into giving the Obamas anything they want.
