Or maybe Poootin should not wage illegal wars against sovereign countries?Russia should put the money into interest bearing escrow accounts for the bondholders as a show of faith.
That ship sailed in February. The sanctions failed in mid March. Yet some idiots can't comprehend that. Instead, these morons are causing destruction and damage domestically while doing absolutely nothing to slow or end the Ukraine conflict.Or maybe Poootin should not wage illegal wars against sovereign countries?
/threadTheir fixation on Russia has grown absurd which an illegal proxy war by the USA war team headquartered in shrinking Ukraine.
It’s not a sovereign country. It’s been in a civil war since a violent insurrection and coup overthrew the previous government. It’s an unstable, corrupt, shit hole nation.Or maybe Poootin should not wage illegal wars against sovereign countries?
How so? China is Africa’s biggest trade partner. All it’s going to take is for the Middle East to announce they are ditching the dollar for oil trade, and that’s it.…dollar collapses and China becomes the economic superpower. Russia and China are on good terms. Most of Asia will trade with them, that’s 2/3rds of the world population. Asia + Africa is 75% of the world population.Ivan makes a stupid statement...as usual.
Nonsense. Resources matter, and this will only effect those stupid enough to keep faith with duplicitous Western institutions. BRICS will settle this their own way moving forward.https://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/explainer-impact-russian-debt-default-85793607
A default would not affect the Russian economy right now because the country has not borrowed internationally in years amid sanctions and is making lots of money from exporting commodities like oil and natural gas, said Chris Weafer, a veteran Russian economy analyst at consulting firm Macro-Advisory.
But longer term, when the war has resolved and Russia tries to rebuild its economy, “this is where the legacy of default will be a problem. It’s a bit like if an individual or if a company gets a bad credit score, it takes years to get over that," he said.
In other words, Pootin's legacy is that he has screwed his country due to his efforts to restore the old USSR.
