The reasons she's not qualified are many, and Bernie barely touched on why. He would have to rail against the entire Obama Administration, Progressivism, Keynesian economics, open borders, and Hillary penchant for arming wars in the Middle-East.

Let's see....
She started out as a disgraced Lawyer 'let go' of the Nixon Watergate Hearings after unethically trying to deny Nixon his right to counsel.
She was the Bill Clinton 'Plus one' for decades, riding his coat-tail up the political scene - her primary responsibility being to threaten, bully, intimidate, demonize, and silence all the women Slick Willy sexually harassed, sexually assaulted, raped and with whom he engaged in adultery.
After bribes and virtually buying the support she needed to become the Senator from NY she had a relatively meaningless short (by comparison) stint as a Senator. How meaningless? When asked to name 1 Hillary accomplishment none of her fellow Senators could name 1. Diane Feinstein even GOOGLED the question during an interview when she was asked - and she could not even find one on Google.
She then ran for President...and got her ass kicked by Barry...but was convinced to retract her political fangs when she was offered the role of Secretary of State, a position she proved she could not handle. During that Presidential election she and Barry argued who was better to answer a 2am emergency phone call at the WH - turns out neither one of them were. Both disappeared when that call came in on 9/11/12, when 4 Americans were needlessly sacrificed / killed by terrorists. Their response was to lie to cover their asses, falsely blame a video, arrest the film maker, call the grieving family members 'liars' when the family called them out for their lies, and Obama apologized to the terrorists while again falsely blaming a video by saying, "The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam."
Other Sect of State highlights for Hillary were:
- Incompetently presenting a Russian Diplomat with a plastic prop of a 'reset' button with the INCORRECT word 'Over-charge' in Russian on the plaque on the prop.
- Selling the Russians 1/5th of the US supply of Uranium
- 'Losing' $6 BILLION...and not having to answer for it
- Protecting foreign donors who were illegally violating the Sanctions imposed against Iran
- Denying / Rejecting hundreds of requests for additional security and stripping him of 14 members of his security staff AFTER 2 terrorist attacks on his compound while knowing about the promised terrorist attacks pending on 9/11/12
- Getting 4 Americans needlessly murdered by Terrorists
- Calling the Grieving family members 'liars' when they pointed out she had told them they had died because of a protest over a video
- Jeopardizing nation security for her own benefit of ease / expediency...resulting in numerous broken laws and an FBI investigation (on-Going) for crimes under the ESPIONAGE Act.
...and let's not forget her 'proud' declaration of how NO AMERICANS DIED in Libya, none during or after her and Obama's private / personnel war, dragging the US into the middle of a civil war between Al Qaeida and a dictator - to help Al Qaieda, perpetrators of 9/11/01 (and 9/11/12) take over their own country...all without Congressional approval to do so.
This does not even include the countless, historically documented scandals and crimes - such as stealing just about everything that wasn't nailed down - or hers - when she and Bill left the WH after his term in office AND the destruction of tax payer-funded personal property (tearing the 'W's off govt keyboards, like some punk-ass child thug or some Redneck from Arkansas).
While I do not believe Hillary could be more damaging to this country than Obama has been, there is little doubt she would be more of an embarrassment.
