Sanders planning "Major Speech" on democratic socialism

You are inside a failing system. You will not, because you can not, get out of it. The fact that you are fighting to stay in it is a testament to the power of persuasion.
Begs the question, what are the specifics of your alternative to the "failing system"?
Maybe we would be debating specifics of alternatives if megacorps and financial service industries were not pouring buckets of money into elections. Even CNN's debates were a whitewash of problems facing this country. Shameful.

Wasn't asking for a public debate, I was asking for the specifics of YOUR alternatives to as you called it our current "failing system".

Sounds like someone is afraid to be honest about their agenda.
My agenda is making this nation the number one National Interest, not groups of elite power grabbers.

MY alternative is Bernie Sanders over any other candidate.

it's just so much easier to chant "CHANGE!!", look at the idiot it got us for seven years running right now.
Of course the same people that chanted for change want things to remain in the hands of the same people, in the same manner as what we have now.
Obama was an empty suit. That has become quite obvious. Romney would have America for sale on the international market right now if he had been elected. And if McCain would have been elected? Well, I guess war is an industry too.

That is neither specific nor any sort of an alternative proposal, all you're saying is that the alternative to the "failing system" is changing the head of the executive branch to a politician who has been a part of creating the "failing system" and whose claim to fame is making un-affordable and vague promises of "free" stuff (apparently Bernie and his supporters never heard of TANSTAAFL nor do they seem to understand that resources are finite).

You might as well just be crossing your fingers and wishing on falling stars if the sum total of your "better system" rests in the hands of (yet another in a long line of) American politicians making campaign promises. I also think your license to criticize others for as you put it "fighting to stay in" the current system is extremely thin given that you don't have any specifics for a superior alternative.

nobody on the right is for no government; and the programs being run by the government providing services which we used dont HAVE to be run by the government.
libs are morons incapable of debate without using straw man arguements.
Businesses are designed to maximize profit. Something has to counter the destructive edge to that sword.

The rich are getting richer and the infrastructure is crumbling. Is that specific enough for you?

Do you think that your post contains anything that a reasonable person would consider a specific alternative to what you call a "failing system"? Perhaps you don't understand what "specifics of an alternative" means?

Since I'm one of many forced to fund handouts for leeches, it is about me.

This white male earned what he has unlike many of your kind who are born bastards from mothers who don't know which dick they let have put in them produced the little bastard.
You are an angry white male. You will probably die alone and broke. You probably don't own your house. You probably don't own your car. You have a little money put away in a bank where it could evaporate before the mail arrives this morning. And the best part, is you are fighting for your own destruction. I am sure you are very intelligent and very productive and that is why you are a puppet in their crosshairs. You will work all your life and end up with nothing. Blame it on the poor you fool.

You sure do predict a lot of things for which you have no clue.

The best part about me is that I support myself and always have unlike you porch monkeys.

The fact that we are "fighting" to stay is a testament to the fact that this system is superior to any alternative that has been offered.
This is system is "superior" to any other system. I would like you to spend the rest of your morning thinking this statement over and let me know what you have figured out by lunch, OK? (I will give you a little starter; For whom is this system superior?)

Since I've had great success under the system I support, I would say it's superior for me. If someone else also happens to benefit from it, that's another supporter on my side.

That's called talking points.

$226k in mine at age 40. As long as I spend a few hours once a quarter to manage the fund balance I am doing just hunky dorey.
Great for you. Keep believing that. The chances of you retiring comfortably on your 401k is about nil. They know exactly how old you are.
Where are you getting this "your 401K is someone else's piggy bank" and "market goes up 40%, your 401K goes up 20%" stuff, exactly?
.
You have a 401k?
I'm a financial advisor, CFP, ChFC/CLU.

Several businesses with 401k plans as clients, several clients with 401k plans.
.
Do you have a 401k?
Did he ever answer the question?

My agenda is making this nation the number one National Interest, not groups of elite power grabbers.

That was pretty vague.

If you were to ask me my agenda, I could post a general ideology, along with several bullet points of policies I would like to see.

You? Not so much.

Are you a communist?

If the definition of angry white male means someone that supports himself, his family, and doesn't expect the government to do for him what he does for himself, that's OK.
But the government does provide services for you which you use, correct?
So that justifies ever increasing entitlements for illegals and refugees, and constantly increased taxation to pay for all that free shit needed to buy all of those Democrat votes????

It's on the same level as Hope and Change.

I would guess that if you looked at how much wealth you have generated relative to the wealth you have taken home you would not be such a cheerleader of getting screwed. But, hey, blame it on poor people.

the people crying about the influence of money in elections have outraised and outspent the people that didnt whine about it.
Really? Go to www.opensecrets.org, a site where you can see who has contributed to what candidate, and then tell me who runs our government.

IT DEPENDS on what part of your own source you read idiot. you mentioned "megacorps and the financial services industries" as the problem. ow come the big money raised by your hero Sanders from his Hollywood friends isnt a problem?
