The special "rights" to disenfranchise children from either a mother or father for life via contract. Heteros don't do that to the other parties to the marriage contract. Children should've had separate and unique representation at Obergefell as to their share in the marriage contract. After all, gays convinced the Justices that marriage benefits were "for the children"...it's just that the main benefit wasn't discussed and kids didn't have representation when it was systematically ripped away June 2015..
