Schumer should resign.
Threatening government officials of the United States is a felony under federal law.
If he doesn't resign then they should at least take away his minority leadership position and censure him.
Schumer would be apoplectic if a GOP Senator did the same thing.
The Democrats have forced Republican Senators to resign for a lot less.

Last I heard it was against the law to try to influence the decisions of a judge with physical threats or political extortion. It's clear that the threats weren't just some random generic political rhetoric because Schumer named the Supreme Court Justices. Even in the most liberal assessment of Schumer's conduct would indicate that he tried to extort a favorable decision from the highest court by using physical or political threats.

Nope. Swamp critters can break pretty much any laws they want. You or i would be in serious trouble. But not that prick.

A sitting President has the right to nominate the SC justices to the court. What the commies don't like is their power being guarded in the future after Trump is gone. And that's the very least that should happen to him. Imagine if any one of us citizens issued a threat to a judge to rule in favor of what we believe. We would be hauled to jail and likely be facing prison.
