The State government sets the policy on who is protected by it's PA laws (above the federal ones). So in the states that protect gay rights in PA laws, yes they are.

It is still perfectly legal to sell imported flags or ones that are produced by other flag makers. There are at least 10 Chinese flag makers that will gladly ship confederate flags to America.

Hannity managed to work President Barack Obama's family into the conversation as well.

"If it’s OK for Obama’s teenage daughters and people to go into these stores and buy music chock-full of the n-word, the b-word, well maybe we should consider banning that too,” Hannity said. “We’re in the process of banning everything. Just a thought.”
