That isn't why it was overturned. 7 of 9 justices thought it was constitutional in 1973. That is all that matters. I assume you agree with all Ruth's legal opinions then? We pay for so much. So much we pay for. 90% of the city costs for police, medical and fire protection alone comes from certain areas. We pay for so much. So much. Real stats will tell you these things. The number of teenage girls pregnant having infant is incredible. And I would venture to say many have had abortions. the violence and crimes that progs have legalized you see the people involved. And most are from single parents in hoods that have many single parents and no discipline inside and outside. That is a guarantee of death of a civilization.
