Brilliant idea. Then just criminals will have guns. Drugs have been illegal for years, but every year we seem to have more. It's illegal to rob a bank, but it still happens.

I think we've reached the point that open carry should be legal, and extremely well vetted people should be able to qualify for enhanced conceal carry permits that would allow them to have handguns in places like schools and courts that are easily accessed by people who are not screened .

I should have edited that. I think people who work in areas where open carry is not allowed should in certain instances be able to qualify for enhanced CC permits.
