You dont see the taking of borrowed money to pay people to work and then saying "look, unemployment went down by .2%" as simplistic?

Afterall, the democratic platform is "give us borrowed money and we can pay people to work and therefore we can create jobs" is prety much a no brainer.

Throw in the fact that the borrowed money costs us more in long term interest than the immediate returns we feel....and ....well....such a simplistic idea seems kind of foolish.
