Whatever Flynn did ..when his sentencing judge saw it spelled out in black and white (it was redacted to the public because of the sensitive nature of it) he FREAKED OUT and began talking about TREASON.

And Trumper acolytes are tripping all over themselves defending this traitor

As I pointed out before, how many years did Flynn get? Oh, that's right! He hasn't even been sentenced yet!

Dumbass!

The judge asked if what Flynn did was treason.

I suspect he won't be getting a pardon.

That would indicate the judge is a moron who has never read the Constitution regarding the definition of treason. The judge has nothing to do with him getting a pardon, dumbass!
You've heard Trump spewing claims of "treason" right?

Oh...

It was an attempt to overthrow the government of the United States. Still haven't found that definition yet? It's in the Constitution, dumbass!

General Flynn was setup. He was not advised to have a lawyer present. He was charged with lying to the FBI even though the FBI agents doing the interview didn't think he lied.
Mueller releases key documents of FBI interview with Michael Flynn

Considering the general's distinguished career, and the fact that his finances are in shambles over a nothingberger, should Trump pardon him and re-hire him?
Come on, he'd been in intelligence for his career. He knew what he was doing. And he knew it was wrong to be taking foreign money when working on a campaign and esp for the gummit. And there was no requirement he be Mirandized because of his position as a US gummit employee being questioned about his job. There is no victim here.

People who knew him have said he must have lost his mind or something. Or he may have been a RWnutbag all along, who fell for Trump. The guy's financially pretty wasted. He has a better life than you or me because he kept his pension and his house that's paid off. But before Trump, Flynn has YUUUUGE employment potential .. and that's gone.

I'd be all for commuting his sentence like Scooter Libby got. A pardon would be fine too. Look at Ollie North. Flynn served with distinction and deserves a decent life. But a pardon doesn't mean he gets the money back. The barn door's shut and the horse long gone on that.

Too bad none of that is illegal. Maybe you should stop spending so much time ranting and a little more time learning.

You're referring to Kushner trying to set up a clandestine communication to the Kremlin IN the Russian Embassy that even the RUSSIANS knew was too bizarre to even contemplate?

I think the question as to whether that is legal or not is open...but are ya KIDDING?

You know nothing of international politics. Just quit while you are stupid, insteading of proving it in every post.

The above kooks will sing a different tune when Flynn gives the jury the testimony to put their darling Trump into prison.

This is about Flynn. He’s already guilty, he just needs to be sentenced.

Please tell that to Lesh who thinks Flynn has already been sentenced. The judge was pissed at Mueller's team, not Flynn. That's why it is still delayed.

It's not delayed because the judge is pissed, it is delayed because Flynn is still talking.

A pardon? of course. He was tricked into an interrogation and told he wouldn't need a lawyer. All part of the FBI plot to pick off Trump allies who might turn on him. Can he come back? No. He told Pence he hadn't spoken to the russian and never disclosed he was a lobbyist for Turkey. But he can have his name back, find work, and finish his career with a few dollars in his pocket.

no pardons for anyone except Roger Stone! DRAIN THAT SWAMP, BABY!

Flynn lied, people died.

Kushner wanted a secure communications network from Russia, let's not forget! he should be prosecuted!

If the evidence even suggests Kushner was acting in concert with Russian Oligarchs or their government, he damn well can be prosecuted for being an unregistered agent with the Russian Federation.

He is a general, general officers are not known for being naive. What FBI plot? Oh, I know, that the (LOL) Deep State conspiracy theory. It seems you are the naive one, aka, biddable.

How many General officers have you met in your life, dummy? None. As to General Flynn, if you bothered finding out how he was set up (Comey bragged about it, saying "the admin was new and protocols weren't set, so we sent a couple guys over there") instead of muttering bullshit and "LOLing" you wouldn't make a fool of yourself here day after day.

He'd been in the govt his entire career, and this could not have been the only time the FBI asked him "who u been talkin' too." Or possibly the Army has its own brand of intelligence cops.

But if there's a way to let him have a career like Ollie North has had, fine. All accounts I've read about this guy is he served with patriotism and made less than he could of. What he did was NOT OK, though.

Yes, he should and the DNC should reimburse him for his costs.

I doubt very much a general officer was interviewed much less interrogated by the FBI or Army Intelligence as a routine matter.

A general officer who became a National Security Adviser to POTUS, and lied to the VP, is not likely to be excused for all the good he might have done for this country.
