Should Hillary offer an apology to Obama for starting birtherism?

Apparently, according to Donald Trump, the story wasn't valid from the beginning and it was started by Hillary. Should she publicly acknowledge that she was wrong? Obama is a man who has done so much for our country. It doesn't seem fair that he should have to deal with this garbage. Should she say she is sorry to him?
