Should Obama go to Jail?

I know that if you lie on your tax return you can go to jail. It says so on the form so if Obama filed as a US citizen shouldn't he be sent to jail for lying?

What did Obama fill out as his citizen status on his IRS return. What did he fill out when he bought a shot gun that he supposedly loves. I do think that lying on a federal form can get you jail time...wait...he is democrat so he can get away with anything he wants.
