Agree 100%!Speech is no longer protected speech when advocating for violence on people or groups, other than that we should leave it alone and if we don’t like find creative ways of countering it.

You are rightWell then, you obviously can't read because that is not what I said moron.
The only people that are not allowed to protest are conservatives.

Naw, I'm right.I know it's NOT true, and at 78, I'm not a "kid". You're getting a lot of things wrong in this thread.
From River to see in itself not, it has a lot of meanings. From the river to the sea ? “If you see them at a Filling Station or a Grocery Store or a Restaurant ...
The Confederate Flag has a lot of Meanings , a Swastika has a lot of meanings , a rope with a noose has a lot of meanings ...From River to see in itself not, it has a lot of meanings.
The others…depends on context…”if you see them at a filling station….” by them a tank of gas?
Examples of speech that is not protected..obscenity, speech related to criminal conduct, inciting riots, porn, true threats….Harrassment…preventing students from entering classrooms, following someone around harassing them…blocking people such as students attempting to get to class or harassing people in front of abortion clinics.
Libel/Defamation
Anything on private property
We tend to ere on the side of free speech.
Yes. None are banned or legally prohibited unless used for the purpose of intimidation, harrassment of illegal stuff like vandalism right? You can march around waving your confederate flag, tattoo yourself with swastikas and hold a noose high and it isn’t illegal. You might not be very popular though…The Confederate Flag has o lot of Meanings , a Swastika has a lot of meanings , a rope with a noose has a lot of meanings ...
You're wrong about that too.Naw, I'm right.
From the river to the sea means the extermination of Israel, and driving Israelis into the sea to drown. Consistent with the Koran, and the same genocidal ideology held by lunatic Muslims for 1400 years. Only solution is to kill every last member of Hamas. From River to see in itself not, it has a lot of meanings.

As long as Palestinians follow the Koran, and Hamas, and seek world domination for Islam, they will always be outcasts, with the world community (even other Muslim countries) not wanting to be assocared with them. There can never be a 2 state solution as Hamas and all radical Muslims wish to destroy all the non-Muslim world. Israel is only the first obstacle for these lunatics.Sounds like he is advocating a one state with Jews and Palestinians living peacefully together. Bit of a pipe dream right now though.
Google is your friend. I found you a source, the rest is up to you but it might be difficult: a study showed that 97% of the protests have been peaceful and caused little property damage.
This is America not some foreign shithole like Russia. The First Amendment rules. In Europe, various countries (France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, etc) have banned pro-Palestinian protests. In the US, however, pro-Palestinian protests are sweeping the country on college campuses, and now spreading into public parks. These protests now include vandalism to statues and other public monuments, as well as spray painting anti-American slogans on both public & private buildings.
The more these illegalities are being tolerated, they more they grow larger. Very large numbers of police have been sent to deal with these protests, thereby reducing police protection for taxpayers. How many people are being crime victimized now due to reduced police presence ?
Is it time to follow the path of the Europeans, and ban these things alltogether ? Might not be a bad idea to ban the wearing of keffiyehs too, a traditional Palestinian scarf, now being associated with Hamas, and commonly being worn by pro-Palestinian protesters.
In Europe, Free Speech Is Under Threat For Palestine Supporters
Europe is clamping down on pro-Palestine protesters. Human rights experts say free speech is under threat.time.com
Why are European governments clamping down on the right to protest?
As pro-Palestine marches take place across the continent, many nations are using their own laws to ban events – with little protection from EU lawswww.theguardian.com
Thanks for being the 100th poster to say this, and then have your post tutored. The 1st amendment does NOT always rule. As the weakest of all the Constitution's amendments, the first amendment of free speech has MANY exceptions. Didn't you know ?This is America not some foreign shithole like Russia. Whats the exception here Brainiac? Oh yes, there isn't one. Thanks for being the 100th poster to say this, and then have your post tutored. The 1st amendment does NOT always rule. In the future, read the thread before posting.
Oh yes, OBVIOUSLY, these pitiful, raghead, Palestinian creeps are Muslim activists who support jihad against Israel, and all the non-Muslim world, and their "speech" is bursting with sedition.Whats the exception here Brainiac? Oh yes, there isn't one.
Actually the protests have been overwhelmingly peaceful and no more violent than the pro-Israel protesters (who actually tossed fireworks into them). If pro-Palestinians think that their campus (and off-campus) protests are going to generate opposition to Israels's war against Hamas, they must be pretty stupid. In general, Americans and Europeans hate Hamas, despise Islam (for many good reasons), hate Palestinians - and that was before 0ct 7.
Now with the disregard the pro-Palestinian demonstrators show for Americans and our general way of life (giving us the finger, throwing bottles at our police, vandalizing our buildings and statues, condemning capitalism etc), they have sunk themselves to an even lower dirtbag level than they were before.
I just wonder when the Democratic Party is going to say > "Hey, we're not with these CREEPS."
People are protesting the huge civilian death toll in Gaza and the fact that our weapons are contributing. They are practicing their right to free speech. You are inventing all kinds of charges you think they should be charged with solely because you hate their cause and you hate Muslims.Oh yes, OBVIOUSLY, these pitiful, raghead, Palestinian creeps are Muslim activists who support jihad against Israel, and all the non-Muslim world, and their "speech" is bursting with sedition.
Their lamebrain encampments on college campuses all over the country are illegal trespassing, combined with attacks on police, resisting arrest, littering. In addition to what they were charged with, cops overlooked a few other charges just to minimize the red tape (inciting a riot, slander, libel, threats, obscenity laws and just wait until these screwballs get into court. You'll probably be able to add perjury to the list. All examples of NON-free speech. Back to the 9th grade for you.
The firework tossing was one brief incident in one location, as opposed to hundreds of these idiotic anti-Israel protests all over the US, Canada, and Europe.Actually the protests have been overwhelmingly peaceful and no more violent than the pro-Israel protesters (who actually tossed fireworks into them).
