We are not bound by anything except the commodities market regulations. Again, oil is an international market, not a domestic one.

We exchange a lot of high sulfur oil and refined products to them in exchange for cleaner crude that we can refine here within the limits of the EPA etc.

They gave DumBama credit for the lowering of fuel prices (surprise, surprise) but he was always against fracking in the first place.

Nope. Pretty clean and sophisticated.. they have used gas injection since 1950. They don't 'pump' oil. They use Christmas trees not Jack pumps.
