The White House is famously now blaming Attorney General Jeff Sessions for the Mueller Investigation. Lawfully, the AG is sitting this one out. Publically, the White House seems to have put itself in the position of endorsing the more pro-active approach of Paul Manafort(?)! That fellow was ordered to stay in the locker room: And Did Not.

Mueller also requested that the court “revoke or revise” the conditions of Manafort’s release while awaiting trial, which could mean the former Trump campaign manager could go to jail.
