Among second tier or higher candidates, Jon Huntsman, definitely. As a governor, he clearly has the experience and technical skills needed, and he's the most liberal of these. Among lower tier candidates, Gary Johnson and Buddy Roemer are interesting, but I don't know very much about them.

Ron Paul is admirable in some ways, but his policy positions are just too different from mine.
