The hospital shooter last week only used the legal 10 round magazines...thus, this is a win for those who want to limit magazines to only 10 rounds...
It had no effect on this shooting since he brought 3 magazines with him....
It had no effect in that he could have done the same shooting with a lever action rifle, a pump action shotgun or a couple of revolvers...
But...the anti gunners get to feel good. They had a mass public shooting with legal, 10 round magazines...so it was a victory for them...
