Sorry! I have triple A for breakdowns... it still sucks wind!
We have no traffic or highways in my neck of the woods.... haven't seen any traffic or highways for that matter, since we left Massachusetts or go on vacation!
My triple A is for breakdowns in the middle of the woods, with bears and moose and coyote!! The highway breakdown sounds like a safe haven, for a breakdown, to me!!!

German cars are great, but they cost a million dollars to fix. I love my 93 500SL, but they just ain't built like American cars, and and an average shade tree mechanic will break more trying to fix them than you can afford to fix.
