The Most and Least Peaceful Countries in the World
Global study finds the world has gradually grown less peaceful.
The 12th annual "Global Peace Index" by the Institute for Economics and Peace, an independent non-profit think tank based in Australia, scored 163 independent states and territories according to their levels of peacefulness. It found the world became 0.27 percent less peaceful compared to 2016, with 92 countries deteriorating in peacefulness and just 71 countries improving. The think tank published the index on Wednesday.
The U.S. ranked 121st out of 163 in the global assessment, falling from 114th and 103rd in the 2017 and 2016 Global Peace Indexes, respectively.
Researchers largely attributed the drop in score to a hardening in partisanship in American politics – despite a reduced impact from terrorism, as well as Washington's curtailed operations in Iraq and Afghanistan and a gradual reduction in the homicide rate during the past decade.

So I'm 100% confident that the conservatives political element would say "Oh yea... well it is because of the Left/progressives/Democrats that spew the most hate speech!"
And the Left/progressives/Democrats would say "Nazi,White Nationalists, Evil, Racists Ultra-right have contributed more to the hardening in partisanship!"

So what is the truth? The reality?
It is very hard to objectively determine which partisan offers the most visceral hate of the other side.
Plus with the majority of the MSM proven by objective studies fueling this hardening of partisanship you can't count on it.
So with this very limited universe, i.e. The us message board as an indicator AND not wanting to go
through all the posts and comments to determine which partisan spews the most hatred, hate speech the closest I can come to is to ask a polling question which is:
As a member of this message board which group more frequently uses terms like "racist", "evil", "Nazis", "communist", " socialist", "misogynist", "infidel", and assorted swear words, in their comments:
A) liberal/progressives/Democrats/socialists
B) Conservatives/Republicans/capitalists

Tough to say. The comic hyperbole is so thick from both ends right now.

Both tribes point at the sins of the other to avoid addressing their own.

Peace can only be achieved when people find commonality with each other rather than reverting to tribes.

Right now, I'd say the global left is much more responsible than the right, because when multiculturalism and identity politics replaced liberalism as the left's guiding principle, it reverted to the very sense of tribalism that guarantees strife.

Well I don't have the time to do a thread title by thread title search as to the partisan that calls the other partisan "evil" or that "hate" that partisan in their comments.
I also don't like the term that Obama used recently "the president continued. “Maybe people just want to fall back into their tribe.
To me that is a term that speak of primitive organizations and insulting. A long time ago here in the USA my ancestors were members of a "tribe" and they were not civilized.
The major contributor to this partisanship though is as I pointed out the extremely biased MSM that objective studies have shown are definitely responsible for positive terms
used regarding Liberals/progressives/democrats and negatives for the other side.

This is the major reason I find most of the liberal/progessive...partisans are more prone to use terms like "HATRED" in describing the conservatives etc. in their responses.
Most conservatives like me find "hatred" a waste of energy. So I like most conservatives hardly ever use the "hatred" term as frequently as the liberal/progressives do in describing
conservatives. Probably the most vivid example of which partisan is more prone to "hatred" and hence "violence" is to look at the various organizations that align with
liberals/progressives,etc. There are more stories and photos of ANTIF, Black lives Matter, Black Panthers declaring very hateful remarks about Whites, police and advocating
violence. For example I have yet to see a picture equal to as Griffin's Trump's head portraying some ANTIF,etc. in a violent situation.

And thankfully this forum seems to be a place where logical, rational discussions can take place without resorting to name calling, hatred spewing, etc..which is infrequently used
by conservative partisans. It may be because as Winston Churchill (erroneously attributed to once saying):.
If You Are Not a Liberal When You Are Young, You Have No Heart, and If You Are Not a Conservative When Old, You Have No Brain’

I agree 100% with you! Tribes were for violent groups of people before we had more compassion for the weak as we have now.
I speak with some authority as a distant relative of mine was captured by an Indian tribe and had to watch his mom scalped as she had fallen from the horse breaking her hip.
That's why I also resented Obama's latest pompous quote:

What if we were wrong in being so right? What if we were too good for these people?
“Maybe we pushed too far
,” the president continued. “Maybe people just want to fall back into their tribe.”

Explain how it is flawed as I want to correctly assess whether or not which partisan is more prone to name calling, making accusations, i.e. all without substantiation, but
simply on personal, subjective mental inability.

I specifically use the word "tribe" to describe primitive behavior. A person afflicted with a hardcore partisan ideology decays into simplistic, binary thinking patterns that are beneath their actual intellect. They become primitive in their behaviors, like a couple of cavemen pounding on each other with clubs over the affections of a nearby female.

They're better than that, but their affliction has reduced them both intellectually and emotionally.

I agree that the Left has over-used terms like "hate" and "racism" to mean virtually anything, or nothing. But the Right has done precisely the same with words like "socialism" and "freedom" and "Marxism". As a result of their affliction, the impulse of both ends of the spectrum is to blurt out simplistic, cartoon-like hyperbole instead of thoughtful reason.

Like water from a fire hose, both ends. Which one is worse? When they're both this bad, it really doesn't matter.

So our former President according to your standards was "insulting" Americans that voted contrary to his aspirations? Sounds very condescending and totally in my character
assessment that if voters didn't agree with Obama's standards they are tribe members. I thought he was the guy that was to as he told us...

generations from now, we will be able to look back and tell our children that this was the moment when we began to provide care for the sick and good jobs to the jobless; this was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal; this was the moment when we ended a war and secured our nation and restored our image as the last, best hope on Earth.Obama's Nomination Victory Speech In St. Paul June 3, 2008.

No I don't see that because Obama titular head of the Democrats used the derogatory term which illustrates what the poll is all about!
Please find for balance of the discussion examples where conservative/GOP partisans used that term. It is a good exercise in providing the facts which I'm sure you use to form your opinion.
