"Total government" would be authoritarian, and while fascism is authoritarian and right, it is not anarchy. Marxism usually has expressed itself as authoritarian and is to the left, but also is not anarchy. Anarchy is, by definition, extra-political and would see a world where everything social were decided on and in the moment. It is the stuff of a science fiction movie which, if done perfectly, might be mildly interesting.
