Some Asian Americans say affirmative action ruling used the group as ‘pawns’

Actually, most of them have, and most of them understand a KKK policy when they see one.

But just like every other kkkonservative decision, or law. This one will also find the crap heap of history.

Conservatism is a mental disease, caused by willfull ignorance.

The Asians that did testify, testified in favor of Affirmative action.

Some Asian Americans say affirmative action ruling used the group as ‘pawns’

“The white supremacist agendas behind these lawsuits use the small number of Asian Americans against affirmative action as pawns in their efforts,” the nonprofit Asian American Advocacy Fund said.

Many Asian American groups and leaders are speaking out against the Supreme Court ruling that struck down affirmative action Thursday.

Some experts and activists argued that the decision is an example of Asian Americans’ being used as a “wedge” to erode civil rights.

They point out that while the two cases, led by the conservative activist Ed Blum — who is white — argued that Harvard’s and the University of North Carolina’s policies discriminated against Asian Americans, no Asian American students came forward to testify to having experienced discrimination.

“The white supremacist agendas behind these lawsuits use the small number of Asian Americans against affirmative action as pawns in their efforts — weaponizing the model minority myth to divide our communities,” the nonprofit Georgia-based group Asian American Advocacy Fund said in a news release. “Affirmative action policies have played an important role in securing Asian American access to higher education.”

I think this pretty much speaks for itself. Most Asians support Affirmative Action because Asians are included in the policy.

But in this case whites decided they could speak for Asians and I don't think Asians are pleased. Racists have concocted all kinds of lies about Asians being passed over and it was done only to return to the policy of whites only.

This case was about discrimination against Asians AND NOT ONE ASIAN TESTIFIED ABOUT BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. This is an example of white privilege when you can make a claim of racial discrimination without anyone testifying to it and it gets heard by the highest court in the land.
So IF this is even true that "NOT ONE ASIAN TESTIFIED ABOUT BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST", so this is supposed to mean what ? That Asians havent been discriminated against ? That AA doesnt selectively single them out to be denied ?

The North Carolina case WAS FILED BY an Asian guy, He's been on TV talking about it. Are you trying it win a booby prize ?

Funny how white racists believe they can think for Asians.
Not funny, just normal that NON-racist whites can think for everybody.///....just as well as anyone of any race can do the same.

Funny how liberals support AA racial discrimination, and go around pretending it isn't racist.

Liberalism is a mental disease supporting
  • criminals,
  • LGBT lunacies,
  • collapse of our immigration system,
  • disarming teachers in schools thereby getting kids killed
  • violating the Constitution & the 1964 US Civil Rights Act with Affirmative Action
  • consorting with China

The group that sued Harvard was Asian you moron.

The Whites sued a long time ago in the Bakke decision and we won.
The group was formed by a White male who’s previous attempt to sue using Whites failed miserably because he couldn’t show discrimination.

In fact, he couldn’t show discrimination in this case either. The ruling did not state that any defendant had been discriminated against, only that race could no longer be a factor.

Fact.
FACT:

One of the students behind SFA's lawsuit who has come forward to tell his story in recent weeks is Jon Wang (no relation to Jeff Wang). He spoke with Fox news, sharing a by now familiar narrative of being rejected from six elite schools, despite being a perfect student on paper, with stellar grades and test scores.

Wang said he was told by friends and guidance counselors that his Asian identity was a liability.

"They all told me that it's tougher to get in, especially as an Asian American. I just took it as gospel."

Wang was accepted at Georgia Tech, a highly ranked school. Still, he turned to Blum's Student's for Fair Admissions for answers about the schools that had rejected him.

He has the 1590 SAT score.

It was an Asian kid that couldn't get in Harvard because the sicko Moon Bats at Harvard were giving racial prefrence to dumbass Negroes instead of more qualified Asians and Whites, you moron and the Supreme Court found that was illegal.

He didn't show up at the supreme court. Asians came forward to the supreme court in support of Affirmative action. The facts showed that at Harvard there were more Asians admitted than blacks and there were more Asians admitted than Hispanics and Native Americans combined. The First Circuit rejected this claim, so whatever you're trying to prove here has no real merit when based upon the real facts of this case.

SAT scores are not the only qualifying factor and the 43 percent of white legacy students admitted scored lower than 1500.

Some Black Americans feel that they ARE, in fact, Black despite not voting for Joe Biden.

Actually, pretty much ALL Black Americans who didn't vote for Joe see themselves as Black.

I'm not sure what a "white racist" is.

Do you mean White racist?

And by "Asians," do you mean Asian Americans?

I wish I could say I found it funny that you believe you know what these alleged "white racists" are thinking - including your belief that they're thinking for so-called "Asians" - but I find it chilling and bizarre.

Here's a pro tip:

If posting about race, try not to use so much racist speech. :)

Is your argument that if a Black person is a victim of discrimination, but does not come forward, that discrimination did not occur?

This seems to be what you're saying...

I never said he showed up at the Supreme Court.

Don't give a damn what ANYONE ELSE says.

The program was racist as fuck.

Yes this was the agenda Edward Blum and his organization. They tried two time previously and failed. Twice already, the Supreme Court has rejected Blum’s arguments and ruled that universities can consider race in admissions to promote diversity on campus and enrich students’ learning experience.

2016 - In Fisher v. University of Texas, the Supreme Court reaffirmed that diversity is a “compelling governmental interest,” permitting schools to consider race as a contributing factor to admissions in higher education. Time and again, lower courts and the Supreme Court have recognized this.

7 years later what has changed?

Well if you first don't succeed don't give up. Eventually the supreme court personnel will change and you can try again.

Please point out where in the court case it was proven he was denied admission because of a black kid. It is funny how racist trash will never post that in their racist rants.

YOU DUMBSHIT. THAT IS WHAT THE SUPREME COURT DECISION WAS ALL ABOUT!

The Asian kid applied and was denied entrance while the jackasses at Harvard allowed dumbass Negroes that scored much lower in under their stupid affirmative action policy.

All the Supremes said was that under the US Constitution there can be no discrimination based upon race.

Only racist assholes like you would find something wrong with that.
