Where are the insurrection charges asshole? Insurrection is in the federal code. How come it hasn’t been used against ONE person yet? It’s been a year, what’s the holdup? How come prosecutors are too afraid to charge insurrection? The government isn’t investigating anything. Just fabricating evidence (looking at you Schittferbrains).Another retard, who got his 'law' degree from the Trump U. correspondence course?
in·sur·rec·tion
/ˌinsəˈrekSH(ə)n/
noun.
A violent uprising against an authority or government.
Insurrection is captured by 18 U.S.C. § 2383 and applies to “[w]hoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the law there, or gives aid or comfort thereto.” Charges of insurrection, or the incitement of insurrection, involves fines and imprisonment of up to 10 years. Individuals charged with insurrection are also ineligible to hold public office in the United States.
'where are the insurrection charges'?
'Yet not ONE of you morons can explain who not ONE person has been charged with insurrection'.
The government isn't even done investigating, let alone charging everyone and you IDIOTS want answers.
Why don't you ask the governor of Kentucky, why doesn't he have a final date and cost, on when Kentucky will be rebuilt?
