For you liberals so insistent that Hillary didn't break the law, can you prove to me how she didn't break the law? In what way did she not break the law? Can you disprove what Comey said in the conference regarding her behavior?

Bah, I don't know why I even bother to ask.

It is astounding, however, that when it comes to the laws Hillary actually broke, you liberals suddenly lose what's left of your reading comprehension. You won't even admit what she did falls under the gross negligence clause of 18 USC 793(f). Basic comprehension of the English language could tell you what "gross negligence" means. Or do dictionaries burn your hands at the slightest touch?

This willful dissonance is amazing, and the level to which you liberals take it is almost admirable. This was a Pyrrhic victory for Clinton however. The simple fact Comey laid down facts that completely smashed her narrative about her e-mails, that he flatly described as "careless" her handling of classified material, which was classified at the time they were sent and/or received, should do major damage to her already non existent credibility and take away any ground she had on Trump on who would exercise better judgement in the White House. In fact I would wager she has surpassed him.

Neither Trump nor Hillary deserve to be in the White House to be honest, but Hillary, through her exoneration by our corrupted justice system, has elevated herself to the highest, utmost echelon of undeservedness. The election of either will confirm that the rule of law no longer applies to anyone in our political class, no matter which party they belong to.

What credibility? Only an idiot would believe anything she says, she didn't have any credibility to damage to begin with. Doesn't matter though, the sheeple will still vote for her or her equally dishonest opponent, in the end no matter which one of these soulless miscreants wins the American People continue our losing streak.

It's not like this is anything new, the rule of law hasn't applied to the political class and their pals for a LONG time.

I really wonder if the Libs here would be as happy as they are today if this was a Republican
candidate for President who just got away with putting this country at risk.

Your rant is a waste of time and internet bandwidth.

Why don't you just summarize it in one sentence and admit that you are just desperately afraid that Trump is getting beat and that the GOP is going to get their ass kicked in the Senate and House too !?

Either that or the most qualified person to seek the office since Bush 41 will win the office she seeks. As it should be.

Not as qualified as Kasich, but that's beside the point.

He's not in the race

Actually not.

The silver lining in all of this is that Comey destroyed Hillary's entire narrative about Trump's lack of judgement and temperament. By calling her careless, and exposing that she did in fact mishandle and delete classified emails, he revealed her utter incompetence to the masses. She has no leg to stand on. Her attack on Trump's business record is a desperate pivot away from such a damaging revelation, but then again she has never run a business in her life.

So, given all that, Trump has all the ammunition he needs. Hillary has been severely damaged. What she did most certainly put lives in danger, and makes Trump University, and his bankruptcies pale in comparison. None of those things ever put America's safety in danger.

The OP is funny.

The only thing we know from his post is that he hates Hillary Clinton and he hates liberals.

A legal fact

The information wasn't classified at the time it was transmitted. You need a crime to have intent or gross negligence.

An interesting fact

Her predecessor (Colin Powell) primarily used a personal email address (but the OP is too much of a Republican lapdog to know or care about the "crimes" of his party's secretary of state).

Another pesky legal fact

The law requiring that personal emails be transferred to government servers within 20 days wasn't enacted until 2014, after Clinton left office.

Why nobody takes the OP seriously
Karl Rove was being investigated for information having to do with the outing of Valerie Plame and the infamous and highly suspicious US Attorney purge. He was caught deleting 22 million emails from a private server. During the investigation, it came to light that Rove’s server had been used to send official, non-political emails — correspondence that was required by law to be preserved under the Presidential Records Act.

We know the OP has never criticized the actual crimes and obstructions of his dear party. He is a partisan hack.

None of Hillary's foolishness with the emails resulted in a breach.

Therefore there is no Federal crime.

How do you think this will compare with Trump's University ?!

The gloves are off and the fight is on.

Today Hillary posed and gave a rally in front of an abandoned Trump casino.

I can't wait until the two of them debate.

It will be like the superbowl.

She will kick his ass.

I'd say 'innocent until proven guilty' sums it up.
It is actually even more basic than that.

There are "elements of proof" for every crime.

Hillary did not meet the element for a "breach".

There was no breach.

Ergo there was no Federal crime.

Q.E.D.

Don't listen to these far right extremist MoFo's. They lie.

There was no exoneration, he proved everything she claimed was a lie. He laid out a prima facia case that should be presented to a grand jury.
