If he thought it would work, he would have done it a month ago and bypassed congress

I think he would lose, but nothing's certain .... except that he'd be tied up in courts for over a year at the fastest.

And if he tried this shutdown stunt again in three weeks without some showing the Dems were totally unreasonable in funding border security, he'd be buried in public opinion and twenty goper senators would force him onto the ship's plank.

Lol, the Democrats agreed to negotiate on border security to INCLUDE FUNDING FOR BARRIERS/FENCES/WALL whatever you want to call it.

My husband worked for a company in which the more important the executive was, the longer they could (and did) make the meeting wait.
