All because he said back in 2015 that Black Lives Matter was a terrorist organization, and later authored a legal opinion where he concluded that BLM T-shirts at a polling station were illegal?

The Kraken was frivolous...totally without merit. That's why the Kraken lawyers are being sued, sanctioned, suspended and/or disbarred. The burden of proof was theirs. They had none. Still don't. Good thing you are not representing them in their disciplinary proceedings.
