States Find Some Health Plan Cancellations Illegal

Republican Misleaders(?) are everywhere! Premiums will rise in the tiny part of health care, the individual market, since most of the plans force people into bankruptcy, if they need the health care. The Rick Perry / Ted Cruz / Boehner / Cantor / Issa / Paul / Paul, et. al., brand doesnt't pay enough in coverage amounts.

Then there were the recent cancellation scare tactics--caused by Health Plans--and blamed on ACA. So now the states have had time to react!

Mostly, like Obama promised, nothing much changes for most covered people, with the ACA. Mostly, unlike the Obama promise, the health plans turned to illegal practices--instead of doing legal things, during the transition.

So the States are trying to be helpful to the insurance companies, and to one another, in not-too-surprising-continued-rollout of the ACA. People who remember anti-Vietnam War protests likely also remember military physicals and draft boards, all run by the federal government.

When the one state takes a legal action, then actually the other states find out right away! Large National News Networks appear not to find out right away--not so large as they used to be--and not getting larger!
