Steinle murderer to face at least 2 counts

Great, we may as well spend 70 to 100 grand a year to house, feed and give medical attention to him , since the boarder guards were obviously not doing their job.

You're so right about the cost to feed and house him.

He should have been executed for murder

It wasn't murder, but an accidental discharge.

He should have been found guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter.

Which caries a 4 year sentence in California. .....

He shouldn't of been there anyway: he was on probation in Texas, and so they give him to SF for a marijuana charge.

Sanchez was last sent to prison by the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas on a charge of re-entering the United States after being deported.

On March 26, he was released from the federal Bureau of Prisons, and turned over the San Francisco County Sheriff’s Office because he still had an active criminal warrant for felony sale of marijuana, federal records show. On March 26, ICE lodged an immigration detainer asking to be notified when he is released.
