It's a meaningless buzzphrase, meant to instill guilt in whitey.

1) The root of "systemic" is system...Can you point to a "system" and identify it as you do a car or a shovel?

NO!

2) Ergo, "system" is a non-corporeal strawman.

3) "Racism" is a human choice.....As the leftoid bumper sticker slogan goes; "nobody is born a racist".

4) Can that which does not exist make a human choice?
