Susan Collins sounds like a "No"

Why would you want to force people into single payer? It does not require everybody's participation.

Is it a control thing?
No, it's a mathematical thing.
The country cannot afford another socialist entitlement program because they cannot afford the ones that we have so it can't be a mathematical thing.
You progressives need to form your own shit And keep the rest of us out of it...
We, of course, can offord it, and a single-payer option would actually reduce per capita healthcare spending.
Na, it's so great why don't you just keep it to yourselves? It does not require participation from the rest of us.
The country is broke... that well is dry
Who said the public option required everyone's participation? You are saying odd things, now.
No, if it's such a great thing why don't you progressives keep it to yourselves? I ask again, control thing with you?
Single payer does not require everyone's participation… Leave the rest of us out of it

Ffurthermore, calling a person "progressive" because he supports the public option is like calling someone in 1865 "progressive" because he opposed slavery, despite being in one of the last developed countries to do so. Supporting a public option is not "progressive", unless you live in the year 1920.
Political correctness does not suit millions of people, why force the issue? I ask again, is it a control thing with you?
Can you go one single post without inventing things I did not say to argue against? Doesn't seem like it. That should tell you that you just don't have very good arguments.
Well, you're the one that wants to force everyone into the collective. Why would you want to do that?

Again, in this case, to guarantee healthcare as a basic right. You're like a broken record.

I have no right to healthcare, but I do have a right to earn my health care.

Why do you want to force your way into people's personal lives?

Yes, you already said that.

You have made it clear that you will invent your opponent, no matter what is said to you. Face it, you are just not a very smart person.

Na, I have no right to healthcare, but I do have a right to earn my health care.
I certainly do not want the collective in my personal life...

You still have not answered my question, what makes you think everyone should be forced into the collective. Why don't you keep it to yourselves? The collective does not require participation for those of us that want nothing to do with it.
I directly answered your question, for this case: Because I think basic healthcare should be a basic human right. You disagreed directly. Asking me the same question over and over is not going to change my answer
Why do you think everyone should be forced into the collective?
Like I said I have no right to healthcare, but I do have a right to earn my healthcare. Fact
Not "fact", your opinion. I am able to accept the actual fact that your opinion differs. I suggest you learn to do the same.

By the way, your arguments are pretty weak. If the opposition to single payer comes armed with those weak arguments over the next few decades, it's going to be a slam dunk.

No, it's a mathematical thing.
Anyone who wants to keep Obamacare in place is just setting us up for a disaster.
They're trying to stop it from happening but we have these crooked swamp creatures torpedoing the process.
They know the ACA cannot work, so this is just a rollout to single-payer.
