"Swatting" the ATF

That may have supremacy clause problems..or not. :dunno:
Federal firearms laws are unconstitutional in the first place. The supremacy clause states that the constitution is the supreme law of the land, and the constitution very clearly states that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
 
Nothing can stop a weaponized federal institution. We saw it at Ruby Ridge and later at Waco and still later at "operation fast/furious". Federal law enforcement cannot be beaten and cannot be indicted or even fired, it can only be controlled in the ballot box.
