Try reading the OP and find out for yourself.

I read the OP. It's illegal to deport asylum seekers while they wait for their case to come before the court.
He also breached the conditions of the existing NFTA treaty just by threatening tariffs.

So what is the NFTA and what breach are you talking about?
Typo. My bad. NAFTA. It's still in force until (if) tRump's renamed version is ratified by congress. It is a zero tariff agreement.

Tariffs are decided by the President, not Congress or treaties that were fraudulently made. Trump doesn't need any agreement to exercise his duty as the executive branch of our country.
NAFTA was fraudulently made?

Do tell.

I wouldn't say Trump came to his senses. I've more a growing suspicious he's doing things such as this to manipulate the stock market through his tweets.
Sooooo, is the "deep state" or the Illuminati behind this........? :eusa_whistle:

Or the .. you know whos ...

If there were any restrictions on the constitutional right of the executive branch (as you are claiming) then yes it was. But the truth is you are making it all up. There is no treaty that states the President cannot inflict tariffs when he feels necessary. If he couldn't, the Democrats would have jumped on that months ago.

Again, you're kidding, right? There are many restrictions on the powers of the executive branch. Does the phrase "separate but equal" mean anything to you?

New government in Mexico seems to understand the importance of a country actually enforcing borders. After all, what they have agreed to do it to ENFORCE THEIR OWN BORDERS!
If they could they would already have been doing it.

Gotta be tough on these countries and keep them in line. Teddy Roosevelt’s administration “spoke softly and carried a big stick.” DJT speaks loudly and carries a baseball bat. Mexico caves under Trump pressure and will do what he demands. Tired of winning yet? Not me!
US makes deal with Mexico on tariffs, immigration, Trump announces

You don't even know what is in the agreement you pathetic Trumpbot....sheesh...you people define the word sheep.

Before you have another jerking off session to Trump's photo...why don't you actually find out what is in the ACTUAL agreement first?

And HELLO?!?

Trump saying what is in it means NOTHING.
Trump gets them to comply and naturally liberals have to criticize it...why? Because it’s good for the United States and Trump wins again. :auiqs.jpg:Narcissistic liberal liberals always think they know “the real truth” about everything. Idiots.

People keep saying Trump only won because Hillary was such a bad candidate. Perhaps that's true, but those of us who voted for Trump had confidence in his ability to lead. He's proving that today and the last couple of years.

Could you imagine Obama or Hillary taking a stance like this? Not in a million years.

Again, what exactly do you think Trump won?

Maybe you missed this part:

Mexico promises to deploy its National Guard throughout Mexico, particularly at the border, increase actions to dismantle human trafficking operations to smuggle individuals across the border, and take extra steps to coordinate with the American government to share information and "better protect and secure our common border," according to a statement from the State Department.

What Trump won was a reduction and quite possibly the elimination of migrants tracking their way to the United States. He won by having the Mexican government assist in this goal which helps our border patrol greatly. He won because he found away around the obstructionist Democrat led Congress who wouldn't lift a finger to stop the problems at the southern border.

There is no law that states asylum seekers must be hosted by the US government. They applied for asylum and now they can wait somewhere else.
Not really. The Mexican authorities are already stretched to the limit. They don't really have any more effort to give.

tRump caved as usual. His original demand was tariffs tariffs and more tariffs until the immigrants stop. He settled for far less than that.

What makes you think Mexico is stretched to their limits? It sure doesn't seem that way unless they have very fragile limits. He caved on nothing. He demanded Mexico stopped being the gateway for immigration to the US and he got it.
No, he didn't. He got some promises to try.

And don't you think if they had a way to stop it they already would have?
If they don’t meet Trump’s expectations he will fuck them up.

No they wouldn't because the drug lords and human traffickers likely had people at the top paid off. Trump threatened the economy of the entire country. Now their priorities have changed.

American’s lost millions of jobs because of NAFTA. It was an executive agreement which is different than a treaty. Same bullshit Obama pull with Iran nuclear deal. Treaties are ratified by Senate. Executive agreements can be pulled by a new President at anytime.

Not when it comes to tariffs. I'll even use one of your own sources to explain it:

Why the president can impose tariffs without Congress’s approval

The Constitution is pretty clear: It’s in Congress’s power “to lay and collect taxes, duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States,” and regulate trade between the US and other countries.

But over the past century, Congress has shifted many of the powers to raise and lower tariffs to the executive branch (a concentration of power that conservatives now decry).

Why Trump can raise steel tariffs without Congress

U.S.-Mexico Joint Declaration - United States Department of State
US Department of State ^ | June 7, 2019 | Office of the Spokesperson

The United States and Mexico met this week to address the shared challenges of irregular migration, to include the entry of migrants into the United States in violation of U.S. law. Given the dramatic increase in migrants moving from Central America through Mexico to the United States, both countries recognize the vital importance of rapidly resolving the humanitarian emergency and security situation. The Governments of the United States and Mexico will work together to immediately implement a durable solution.

As a result of these discussions, the United States and Mexico commit to: Mexican Enforcement Surge, Migrant Protection Protocols, Further Actions, Ongoing Regional Strategy..

It seems obvious that the pansy RINO's in the Senate and Congress along with their fellow traveler Progressive Marxist Socialist/DSA Dems were all flummoxed at the thought that Trump might use tariffs as a cudgel to stem the flow of illegal alien immigrants coming through Mexico into the U.S.
So if a Democrat majority in Congress is thwarting progress in stemming the flow of illegal aliens through our Southern borders and are resisting the building of walls to keep them out. Trump has proven to be resourceful by getting Mexico to curb the flow and we have individual donations to the independent erection of the wall. To those that are still resisting this president, as the Monty Python and the Holy Grail skit proclaimed, I pass fetid wind in your direction. Breathe deeply....

Trump wins another one but the hysterical left focuses on alleged "egregious violations" on the border.
Screw Trump the liar Just hope the market goes up Mon

All of us in the market have waited 17 month for the market to advance. We deserve a break. Obie's market was so much more consistent, always going up.

Well, that's what happens when you pump phony money into the market. You make the rich even richer.
