I live in Indiana right across the border, and we have a big chain of gas stations called Speedway. Where I live, within 1 mile of the stateline, there are 4 Speedways on the same highway. When I go to get gasoline, guess what I see no matter which Speedway I go to of the 4? I see them all full of cars that have Illinois license plates on them, because our state gas tax is waaaaaaay lower. Those people are doing TAX AVOIDANCE. Get it! What they are doing is LEGAL. Tax evasion is NOT legal, which what the MSNBC hosts are accused of-)
