US message boardWow, I'm commenting on things that happened on a message board.
The real question is why are you doing it, and why did you only bring up the "it's somewhere else" dodge after pages of other attempted responses?
If I was a student and demanded to be called king because I thought I was a king, should a teacher be fired for not calling me a king?Nutters need to be weeded out of teaching.
Violating a court order is the easy way into prisonYep, it's just the easy way out.
The actual cause yes, but the proximal cause no. I am looking forward to Burke suing the bastards.US message board
Not Ireland message board
The thread is in US current events
And the fact of the matter is this guy chose to violate a court order instead of taking his complaint through the appropriate channels.
He broke the law the same as anyone else who violates a court order.
His arrest was a direct consequence of his actions PERIOD.
It’s the same thing. Leftist spin won’t change it.And then there is the true story.

Fact Check-Irish teacher Enoch Burke was jailed for contempt of court
Social media posts about an Irish secondary school teacher being jailed have misled users about why he was imprisoned. Although it is true that he was initially suspended from his school pending a disciplinary process over an alleged dispute involving a transgender student...www.reuters.com
According to Irish media, which quoted Justice Michael Quinn, Burke was placed on paid administrative leave from Wilson’s Hospital School, County Westmeath, on Aug. 22, following an alleged dispute over the use of pronouns for a transgender student.
The suspension was pending the conclusion of a disciplinary process (here , here, here and here ).
The school’s Board of Management (BoM) later secured a temporary High Court order that prevented Burke from attending the school premises or teaching classes after he was said to not be adhering to the terms of his suspension.
On Sept. 5, Burke was found guilty of contempt of court for continuing to attend the school premises.
And you are sending people to jail for not using pronouns after protesting it by showing up at school. You are unhinged. Your lying and your crazy match and preclude you from adult conversation.
If he would have acted like an adult and simply taken his grievance through the appropriate channels he wouldn't have been arrested. The actual cause yes, but the proximal cause no. I am looking forward to Burke suing the bastards.

To the back of the bus Rosa.If he would have acted like an adult and simply taken his grievance through the appropriate channels he wouldn't have been arrested.
No, the root cause of why he was jailed was for coming on private property he was told not to be on.
hmmm....I have no idea if the High Court there will take kindly to fake claims of "gross misconduct". Judges usually don't take too kindly to using Process improperly.and now it is. Thus the Godly man should not accept their money any longer.
there is no comparison as I have already explainedTo the back of the bus Rosa.
This world needs more people like Rosa, wouldn't you agree?.
That isnt what happened. If I was a student and demanded to be called king because I thought I was a king, should a teacher be fired for not calling me a king?
So a "sit in" is arrestable now?? Where were you in the sixties???If he would have acted like an adult and simply taken his grievance through the appropriate channels he wouldn't have been arrested.
No it's not different. If that’s the case 90% antifa and BLM kooks should be in jail for trespassing on private property.
Butbutbutbut that’s different!
No it’s not.
Not for the mutilated it isn't.
