Well I think that I have addressed it. It isnt really complicated and i guess it depends on your attitude towards transgender people.
In this instance his employer has drawn the line and the fact that he cant cope with that has led him into problems.
His ations suggest that he is unsuited to teach.
The child, her parents and the school have discussed this and agreed. Its not his place to impose a new reality.
People dont take these decisions lightly and that is an end to it.
